The Essence of My Work

I believe that behind every action lies a way of seeing. Leadership is not just about
techniques and strategies—it’s about awareness, intention, and the frameworks we
unconsciously operate within.

For years, I have watched leaders—and myself—struggle with the traditional command-control models and metrics-driven management. I have seen how the relentless pursuit of quick fixes, surface-level strategies, and the tendency to chase the latest management buzz often fail to address the deeper, more fundamental challenges of leadership. Organizations and leaders frequently look outward for solutions—replicating trends rather than undertaking the harder but life-sustaining inner work that aligns with their unique values, people, and context.

Yet, alongside this frustration, I have also witnessed—and personally experienced—the immense satisfaction and transformational breakthroughs that emerge when we find the courage to go beyond these conventional ways. The moments when leaders and teams shift from transactional leadership to relational leadership, from
control to trust, from chasing external validation to leading from their essence—these have been the most powerful, rewarding, and impactful experiences of my career.
This tension—between the familiar comfort of the old ways and the exhilarating promise of something deeper and more authentic—became my curiosity. And this curiosity became my purpose. Rather than offering pre-packaged solutions, I see my work as a shared inquiry—an opportunity to explore new ways to navigate the old ground of leadership challenges together with my co-learners. My Experience & Background

I am a Leadership Coach, Team & Career Consultant and Human Resource Strategist. My vision is to build communities of co-learners who embrace dialogue, relational depth, generative wholeness, living and leading from their essence to inspire personal and small group transformations in their local fields.

Based in Houston, United States, I bring over three decades of experience in leadership, talent strategy, and executive coaching. My career has spanned across global engineering, manufacturing, and tech industries—mentoring young talent, coaching business leaders, and building high-performing teams.

An alumnus of XLRI and Fellow of the Academy of HRD (India), I have shaped leadership development, talent strategy, and organization transformation at a global scale. Some milestones along my journey:
